walk --attentive --duration 20..30m --daily
DESCRIPTION
Walking is the most complex thing you do on two legs.
Every step is a full-body coordination event: foot
strike, hip rotation, counter-rotation through the
thorax, arm swing, head stability. All running in
parallel, thousands of times per walk.
Attentive walking means walking with awareness of how
your body is moving through space. Not a workout.
Not a podcast zone-out. A systems check.

SCAN SEQUENCE
# Rotate through these during your walk:
min 0–5 Feet. How are they striking? Roll through heel → big toe.
min 5–10 Hips. Are they rotating? Let them swing.
min 10–15 Ribcage. Counter-rotation to hips. Breathe wide.
min 15–20 Arms. Free swing from shoulders, not elbows.
min 20–30 Full integration. Let it all coordinate.
WHY IT MATTERS
