SYNOPSIS
real_food + half_plate_veggies = feed_the_rebuild
DESCRIPTION
Your body is literally built from what you eat. Structural
integration reorganizes tissue, but nutrition determines
the quality of tissue you're building. You can't remodel a
house with garbage materials.
This isn't a diet. It's a building supply chain. Real food
gives your system the collagen precursors, minerals, and
micronutrients it needs to lay down healthy fascia. Processed
food gives it inflammation and nothing to build with.
