SYNOPSIS

DESCRIPTION
Your body doesn't respond to what you do once. It responds
to what you do repeatedly. Structural change is a process,
not an event. The skills only work if you actually do them.
Perfection isn't the goal. Missing a day happens. Missing
two days is a pattern. The rule is simple: never miss twice.
One miss is human. Two misses is a habit forming.
