DESCRIPTION
You take ~20,000 breaths a day. Each one is either
reinforcing good structure or bad. Most people breathe
into their neck and upper chest, a stress pattern that
locks the ribcage, compresses the spine, and keeps the
nervous system in fight-or-flight.
3D rib breathing means the ribcage expands in all
directions: front, sides, and back. This is how the
diaphragm was designed to work. When it does, everything
upstream and downstream improves.

→ Shoulders rise UP = chest breathing (fix this)
