DESCRIPTION
You can't debug what you can't observe. Most people have
no idea what their body is doing: shoulders hiked, jaw
clenched, breath held. Pain forces the alert.
Body awareness is interoception: the ability to sense your
internal state. It's a trainable skill, not a personality
trait. And it's the difference between someone who holds
structural change and someone who reverts.
